Journal Sentinel urges passage of Clean Energy Jobs Act

The state Legislature is expected to vote today on the Clean Energy Jobs Act. As we argued last week, now is the time to pass this bill and move Wisconsin forward on clean technology and job growth.
In addition, a new analysis by the state Public Service Commission says the bill as modified will result in significant savings for ratepayers in coming years.
